DeLayne R. Hudspeth is a graduate of Kansas State University at Pittsburg with an AB degree in Communications and a MA in Psychology. He received a PhD from Michigan State University and taught in higher education for more than 30 years. His discipline of Educational Technology and a specialization in Distance Education allowed him to consult both in the US and abroad. He is particularly interested in how technology can help support and enrich diverse intentional communities.

Virgil A. Richard served thirty-two years of active military service of which thirty were devoted to Financial Management. He is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Medal, the Bronze Star Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, the Legion of Merit with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, Army Meritorious Service Medal with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters, Joint Service Commendation Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster. General Richard has become an outspoken critic of the �Don�t Ask, Don�t Tell� policy of the U.S. Armed Forces and has gained national recognition as part of a small group of high-ranking officers who has come out after retirement.

Gerald is a native of Texas and grew up on a farm in Central Texas near Brady. He now lives with Jeff, his partner of 22 years. Gerald has been a Realtor and Real Estate Broker for over 30 years in the Austin/Central Texas area. Jeff, who worked with him in Real Estate for 20 years, is now an 8th Grade teacher. They share their lives with friends, and with the families of their three children and four grandchildren; also with Gracie and Kramer (their doggie children) and with Fredrick the Cat, inherited from Jeff�s mom. They are very active in St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in North Austin. They enjoy traveling, playing board games, reading, and spending time with friends.

Dr. Michael Harris, CPA, CITP is a tenured Professor of Accounting at St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.  Dr. Harris has earned several Teacher of the Year awards and consults in a variety of fields including management information systems, taxation and business planning.  Dr. Harris also serves on the board of directions of the University Federal Credit Union and is board member and officer of various client companies.
